San Dim, Soldier of Political Company, Division 310, confessed to the fact of San. Oeun, Division 310, convinced him and San to set a plan to prepare ammunition and weapons and to collect food as much as possible. The plan was made to serve for the strategic purpose to attack the Communist Party in the future.
ឈ្មោះ សាន ឌីម នយោបាយអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាន ថាៈ អឿន កងពល ៣១០ បានហៅខ្លួន និង សាន ទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យរៀបចំគ្រាប់រំសេវនិងអាវុធហើយ ប្រមូលស្បៀងត្រៀមឱ្យបានច្រើន។ ផែនការនេះធ្វើដើម្បីបំរើ ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រវាយបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។
