Manila - Chinese Premier Zhao Ziyong has said that China seeks no dominance in Southeast Asia and wants a "Strong and united" Association of South East Asian Nations to preserve peace in the region. A Philippine Government announcement said Saturday that Mr. Zhao gave this assurance to Philippine President Ferdinand E. Marcos during talks aboard the President yacht anchored in Manila Bay.
