The constant position of the Government of the Democratic Kampuchea is to achieve the Union of all National forces willing to fight against the Vietnamese aggressor so as to increase the fighting forces in all fields, military, political, Deplomatic and all the more so, not to do any harm to the foces who now are struggling.
មូលដ្ឋានដ៏រឹងមាំនៃរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដើម្បីសមេ្រចបាន កងរួបរួមជាតិមួយ ក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆំាងពួកឈ្លានពានវៀតណាម ដូច ចេ្នះដូចជាការបង្កើនកម្លាំងប្រយុទ្ធក្នុងសមរភូមិ។ ផ្នែកយោធា នយោបាយ ប្រតិភូ និង ច្រើនទៀត ដើម្បីមិនធ្វើអោយគ្រោះថ្នាក ់ណាមួយដល់កងកម្លាំងដែលពេលនេះកំពុងជួយការលំបាក់។
