Saing Moeung, worker of textile factory T-2, confessed that San, worker of textile factory T-2, was a spy of major Peou Sipho. San was assigned to hide himself into the factories in Phnom Penh. In July 1975 received the plot from Phav Rong to destroy weaving machine in textile factory.
ឈ្មោះ សាំង មឿង កម្មកររោងចក្រតម្បាញ ត-២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សន កម្មករតម្បាញ ត-២ ថាៈ ជាគិញរបស់សក្ដិ ៤ ពៅ ស៊ីផូ ចាត់តាំងអោយបន្លំខ្លួនក្នុងរោងចក្រក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សន បានទទួលផែនការពី ផាវ រ៉ុង អោយបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនតម្បាញ ត-២។
