Somewhere between Bangkok and the Thai-Kampuchea border, Son Sann and Khieu Samphan met again this week to determine whether either party had toned down its stand so that they could both fly to Singapore next week to meet Prince Norodom Sihanouk for the "Summit" to issue a joint statement which would convince the world that the three leaders mean business in driving out the Vietnamese from their country.
