On 5 May, 1982 the Vietnamese once again sent numerous Vietnamese families into Kampuchea to settle in Koh Teav, Koh Tom and Sampan in Koh Thom district and in prek Ampil on the Banks of the Bassac River in Saang district Kandal province. Furthermore, in each Village they nominate a Vietnamese agent to control the economy so they can loot it.
នៅថ្ងៃទី ០៥ ឧសភា ១៩៨២ វៀតណាម បានបញ្ជូនប្រជាជនវៀតណាម មកតាំងទីលំនៅក្នុងទឹកដីកម្ពុជាម្ដងទៀតនៅ កោះទាវ កោះធំ និងនៅសំប៉ានក្នុងទឹកដីកោះធំ និងនៅព្រែកអំបិល តាមច្រាំងទនេ្លបាសាក់ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត ក្នុងភូមិដែលពួកគេនាក់ភ្នាក់ងារវៀតណាម ដើម្បីគ្រប់គ្រងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដែលពួកគេបានលួចយកទៅ។
