Bangkok: Vietnamese troops have badly damaged Khmer Rouge supply dumps in northern Cambodia in what appears to be a slowly calculating military campaign in rebel held boder areas. Analysis say there has been a significant build-up along the length of the Thai-Cambodian frontier, with the Veitnamese taking the initative for the first time in more than 18 months.
