The ambassador of ASEAN Countries submitting what Would be tantamount of a demarche to French Foriegn Minister claude Cheysson should be viewed only as a gesture. One must be oversly optimastie to expect France to listen to ASEAN point of view and halt her resumption of aid to Vietnam which in turn, is a clear statement condoning Vietnamese aggression in Kampuchea.
ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតសមាជិកអាស៊ានដាក់ស្នើរនូវអ្វីដែលដូចគ្នាទៅនឹងរបៀបដំណើរការរបស់រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីបរទេសបារាំង ឃ្លដ ចំសុន គួរតែត្រូវបានពិនិត្យមើលឃើញថាជាកាយវិការ។ មួយក្នុងនោះប្រហែលជាប្រកបដោយសុទិដ្ឋិនិយមហួសក្នុងការរំពឹងទុកឱ្យបារំាងស្ដាប់ពីការមើលឃើញរបស់អាស៊ាន និងបញ្ឈប់ការបន្ដជំនួយទៅដល់វៀតណាម ដែលត្រឡប់មកវិញនោះគឺជាសេចកតីថ្លែងការណ៍យ៉ាងច្បាស់អភ័យទោសឱ្យការឈ្លានពានរបស់វៀតណាម នៅកម្ពុជា។
