A meeting of the foreign Ministers of the ASEAN and CEE is schedule to be held in early March in Kuala Lumpur. In its editorial carried on February 29, 1980, the "Voice of Democratic Kampuchea" hails this meeting as an important political event for exchanging points of views on a number of common interest.
