China's Armed Forces need to be better trained and organized to meet the demands imposed by the Present International Situation, Yang Dezhi, Chief of Staff of the PLA said yesterday. He said China need to place special emphasis on organization and discipline because they were indispensable to a modern regular army.
កងកម្លាំងប្រទេសចិន តម្រូវឱ្យហ្វឹកហាត់ល្អប្រសើរជាងមុន និងរៀបចំដើម្បីបំពេញតាមការទាមទារដែលបានដាក់ដោយស្ថានភាពអន្ដរជាតិបច្ចុប្បន្ន លោក យាង ដិស្សី ប្រធានបុគ្គលិកនៃ ភី អ៊ិល អេ បាននិយាយកាលពីម្សិលមិញ។ លោកបាននិយាយប្រសិនបើប្រទេសចិន ត្រូវដាក់សង្កត់ធ្ងន់ ជាពិសេសទៅលើសកម្មភាពរៀមចំ និងវ័យ ដោយសារពួកគេមិនខ្វះបានទៅឱ្យកងទ័ពទំនើប។
