Sim Khan aka Voeun confessed that in May 1976, Sinuon held a treacherous meeting, and assigned him and other three network to steal medicines, gasoline, diesel and poisonous substance to be given to "Sinuon". Also, the stealing materials continued providing to the White Khmer members hiding in the jungle in Cheung Prey District, Kampong Cham Province. The poisonous element was to mix with wine to poison high-ranking cadre who remained stern in a revolutionary manner.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុម ខន ហៅ វឿន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ីនួន ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ស៊ីនួន បានប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ឱ្យវា និងបក្ខពួក៣នាក់ទៀតលួចថ្នាំពេទ្យ លួចបេ្រងសាំង បេ្រងម៉ាស៊ូត និងលួចថ្នាំបំពុលយកមកឱ្យវា«ស៊ីនួន»ហើយស៊ីនួន បន្ដយកទៅឱ្យ ពួកខ្មែរសដែលបង្កប់លាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងព្រៃនៅស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ចំពោះថ្នាំពុល ស៊ីនួនយកមកលាយជាមួយ ស្រាដើម្បីបំពុលកម្មាភិបាលធំៗណាដែលរឹងប៉ឹងខាងបដិវត្ដ។
