Notes: Interviewed with wife of the biography owner named Phlong Tom and her daughter named Takk Khuon. His wife said that Takk served the Khmer Rouge army in 1970. In 1975, Her husband worked as chief of cooperative. In early 1978, She was told that her husband was arrested.
ប៊្គប៊្គអាយ០០០៩ ២០០៦០៧១០ ភូមិសួស្តី ឃុំតាលាស់ ស្រុកមោង ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។ សម្ភាសដោយៈ រ៉ា ឆៃរ៉ាន់។ កំណត់សំគាល់ៈ សម្ភាសជាមួយប្រពន្ធម្ចាស់ប្រវត្តិរូបឈ្មោះ ផ្លុង តុំ និង កូនស្រី តាក់ ឃួន។ ប្រពន្ធរបស់គាត់បាននិយាយ ថា តាក់ បានចូលបម្រើខែ្មរក្រហមនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ប្តីរបស់គាត់មានតួនាទីជាគណៈសហករណ៍។ ដើមឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៨ គេបានប្រាប់គាត់ថាប្តីរបស់គាត់ត្រូវបានគេចាប់ខ្លួន។
