There are 4 statements which he want to explain to understand how is the conference in Kampuchea. For 4 these statement are adopted 34122 resolutions calling for the total with draw of Foreign Troops. Then second is convined that UN Secretary General Measures for urgent convening. Third considering UN 35/6 and fourth is time for victim of acts of aggression & expansion.
