Sa Khan aka Chhai, chief of Tbeng Khpuos sub-district train unit, confessed that in November 1975, the Angkar assigned Mon, chief of train drivers to work at Pursat train station. In December 1975, Roeun introduced Mon to work as White Khmer member. After that, Mon received plan from Savuth to expand hidden forces; moreover, Mon caused one locomotive to burn out, and incited train workers to go to visit their families.
ឈ្មោះ ស ខន ហៅ ឆៃ ប្រធានសង្កាត់រទេះភើ្លងត្បែងខ្ពស់ បាន ឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ១១ ១៩៧៥ អង្គការបានដកឈ្មោះ ម៉ុន ប្រធាន បើកបររទេះភើ្លងឱ្យមកធ្វើការនៅស្ថានីយ៍ពោធិសាត់។ នៅខែ ១២-១៩៧៥ រឿន បានអប់រំ ម៉ុន ឱ្យចូលខ្មែរសបាន។ ក្រោយមក ម៉ុន បានទទួលផែនការពី សាវុធ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង។បន្ទាប់មក ម៉ុន បាន ធ្វើឱ្យឆេះក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភើ្លងមួយ និងបំផុសកម្មករ រទេះភើ្លងដើរ រកគ្រួសារ។
