Summary / Abstract :
|
Tensions between the Cambodian troops of Mr. Heng Samrin and the Vietnamese foreign occupation forces have been mounting for sometime. The genocidal policies praticed by the Vietnamese occupiers in Cambodia, and the Vietnamese " Master-Slave" attitudes and behaviors towards Cambodians have widened further the gulf separating the Heng Samrin people from the Vietnamese conquerors.
