H.E. Mr. Son Sann Prime Minster of the Coalition Government of Democratic Kampuchea, sent two successive messages dated 6 and 9 April 1983 to the secretary general of the United Nations, denouncing the most barbarous acts committed recently against Kampucheas civilians along Thai Kmapuchean border by the Vietnamese army of aggression and occupation in Kampuchea.
