Becuase voices have been raised from all quarters to condemn its aggression against Kampuchea, and especially because during last week the great majority of the non-aligned countries have unmasqued its face at the New Delhi summit and insisted on demanding the unconditional withdrawal of all its troops of aggression from Kamuchea and the respect for the independance, sovereignty and non-aligned status of Democratic Kampuchea the Le Duan clique has had several press conferences and interviews given by its Foreign Minister Nguyen Co Thach, during last week,in order to negotiations between the ASEAN countries and the so-called "Group of Indochinese Countries" on the problem of peace, independence and security of the Southeast Asia region.
