On 12 September 1983, at an area in Democratic Kampuchea's Phnom Malai region, Battambang province, his excellency Mr. Khieu Samphan, Vice President of Democratic Kampuchea in Charge of Foreign Affairs, accompained by his excellency Mr. Keat Chon, Advisor to the vice-president Ambassador Mr. Suong Sikoeun and other cadres of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, gave an interview to Mr. Tolpa Preda, a correspondent of Tanjug.The Yogoslavian News Agency, during his visit to Democratic Kampuchea.
