Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that in November 1975, Yim, Secretary of Battalion 132, Division 310, joined the meeting with Oeun. The significance of the meeting was to build up forces of the Kampuchea Communist Party in new state, to collectively prepare equipment, foodstuff, and weapon so as to strike the party, and to spy on the revolutionary situation in Phnom Penh, and living places of leading apparatus of the Kampuchea's Communist Party.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថានៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ យីម លេខា វរសេនាតូច ១៣២ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ អឿន ពីខ្លឹមសារកសាងកម្លាំងបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា រដ្ឋថ្មី ប្រមូលសម្ភារៈ ត្រៀមស្បៀង អាវុធ វាយបក្ស ស៊ើបពិនិត្យសភាពការណ៍បដិវត្ដន៍ នៅក្រុងភំ្នពេញ និងទីតាំងរស់នៅរបស់ក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនដឹកនាំរបស់ បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា។
