Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sieng, assistant of Company, Battalion 131, Regiment 13, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeuv held a treacherous meeting to review core forces. At the time, Chhan reported that Sieng could serve the treacherous activities in the future.
