The Soviet Union has sent MiG-21 fighter planes to Laos to strengthen its air power, Western Diplomatic sources said Monday. They said the planes were delivered a few months ago but they did not quoted a military intelligence. Source as saying 34 Mig-21s wore included in a recent Soveit aid shipment to Laos.
