Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sreng, cadre of Platoon, Disabled Battalion K-4, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeun held a treacherous meeting to review the core forces who were built up. At the time, Teu, soldier of Battalion K-4, reported that Sreng could be the person who would serve the traitorous act in the future.
