More than two months ago, I wrote an article in this column on the tripartite coalition in Kampuchea, in which I expressed the hope has come true. It's indeed a joyful event. The formation of a coalition government represents an important and successful step in uniting all the patriotic Kampuchea forces in the struggle against Vietnamese aggression.
