Ros Seam aka Song, Secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Say, Soldier of Small Cell, Battalion 132, Regiment 13, Division 310. In mid-May 1975, Oeun and Voeun held a treasonous meeting to review core traitors built up since the war until now. At the time, Mach reported that Say was the person who could serve the treacherous activities in the future.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាយ យោធាកងតូច វរសេនាតូច ១៣២ វរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ថាៈ នៅពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿន បានបើកការប្រជុំក្បត់ មួយដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ស្នូលក្បត់ដែលកសាងបានកន្លងមកតាំងពីក្នុង សង្គ្រាមរហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។ ពេលនោះ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ាច បានរាយការណ៍ថា សាយ ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាចបំរើសកម្មភាព ក្បត់បានទៅអនាគត។
