Ros Phorn aka Kep Saroeun, working at Power Plant 2, confessed that after the liberation, he and Mei Vutha worked at Power Plant 2. Phorn induced Vutha to protest against the Angkar in that the Angkar ordered Vutha to tend cows and not to feed cow. When the cows got sick, he did not report to the Angkar. In other words, he destroyed a steam pumping machine.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ភន ហៅ កែប សារឿន នៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ បាន ឆើ្លយថា ក្រោយរំដោះខ្លួននិង ម៉ី វុត្ថានៅអគ្គិសនីទី ២ជាមួយគ្នា ហើយ ភន បានបំផុសវុត្ថាឱ្យតវ៉ានឹងអង្គការដែលចាត់តាំងខ្លួន«វុត្ថា» ឱ្យទៅឃ្វាលគោ ឱ្យបង្អត់គោមិនឱ្យស៊ីស្មៅ ពេលគោឈឺមិន រាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គការ និងឱ្យកំទេចម៉ូទ័របូមចំហាយ។
