Today, we all gather here on our beloved national soil to join in the solemn ceremony proclaiming the institution of the coalition Government of Democratic Kampuchea. Today is the day that must be written on the golden page of the history of our Nation and people as an important historical day to be read and remembered by generations to come. Today is the day that marks the beginning of a coalition of will of the three Cambodian - resistance movements for the total liberation of our Motherland from the Vietnamese occupation armed forces, and for the restoration to our country and our people peace, freedom, justice, independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and human rights.
