Prei, combatant of company, battalion 75, state warehouse, was implicated in the confession of 4 people such as Khieng Cheang aka At, member of battalion, Sok Sort aka Pon, member of Prek Phnov oil energy, Kim Ling aka Lun, working in energy section, and Sa Phalla aka Pheak, working in energy section. These 4 people confessed that Prei, combatant of company, battalion 75, state warehouse, was thenetwork of Maly and Sang who indoctrinated [Prei]to betray the party. In April 1976, Prei joined a meeting and received plan from Maly and At to keep monitoring equipment warehouses for being prepared to destroy them in August 1976. In May 1976, Prei received the appointment from Ek to lead demonstration against the party by making procession from Prek Phnov to Skun market in November 1976. Prei provoked combatant to fear enemies and to devastate the luxury equipment.
ឈ្មោះ ប្រី យោធាអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ៧៥ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ ជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយមនុស្ស ៤ នាក់ មានឈ្មោះ ខៀង ឈាង ហៅ អាត សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច, សុក ស៊ត ហៅ ប៉ុន សមាជិកថាមពលបេ្រង ព្រែកព្នៅ, គឹម លឹង ហៅ លន់ នៅថាមពល និង ស ផល្លា ហៅ ភាក់ នៅថាមពល។ អ្នកទាំង ៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ប្រី យោធាអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ៧៥ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់របស់ ម៉ាលី និង សាង ដែលបានអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។ នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦ ប្រី បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ម៉ាលី និង អាត ឱ្យពិនិត្យ ឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈត្រៀមកំទេចនៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ប្រី បានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពី អែក ឱ្យដឹកនាំមុខបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងបក្ស ចេញពីព្រែកព្នៅទៅផ្សារស្គន់នៅខែ១១-១៩៧៦។ ប្រី បានបំផុស យុទ្ធជនឱ្យខ្លាចខ្មាំង និងឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈប្រណិតៗចោល។
