Summary / Abstract :

Indochinese refugees are no longer of fashionable concern in the west. But in some ways their plight is worse than ever for now they have no hope. this is especially obvious among refugees in Thailand and Hong Kong. Western governments have reason to feel ashamed of their current policies. And so have some of the international organisation is charged with protecting refugees, in particular the United High Commissioner for Refugees.
