Summary / Abstract :

The Khmer People's National Liberation Front (KPNLF) was proclaimed on 09 October 1979 in the village of Sokh Sann in Southwestern Cambodian. With its political guidelines "To assist, To serve, and To Defend the Khmer People" from all their enemies and with its Motto, "Nation, Religion, People", the KPNLF has as objective the liberation of Cambodia and the Cambodian People from the Vietnamese occupying forces and the building of a new independent non-communist, neutral and genuinely non-aligned Cambodia whose population shall enjoy basic human rights and basic democratic freedom social justice, a decent life and human dignity.
