Preap Kim Sean aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Maly and Chhan adopted an betrayal activity after they received a plot from Chhin. In May 1975, Chhin called upon the two and his networks to hatch plots to equip all the Free Khmer with sophisticated weapons in Division 920.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ាន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ាលី និង ឆន ក្បត់ព្រោះបាន ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ឈិនជាមួយគ្នា។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ឈិន បាន ហៅអ្នកទាំងពីរនិងបក្ខពួកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបំពាក់អាវុធទំនើបៗ ដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីទាំងអស់ក្នុងកងពល ៩២០។
