Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed to the fact of No, cadre of Platoon of Special Cell, Division 920. In March 1976, Chhin ordered him to contact Vietnamese named Thanh to seek military aid to attack the party in the future. During his trip to Vietnam, he took No with him. Two months later, Say called upon No and his networks to attend the meeting and receivethe plots to build up more Free Khmer forces and to strive to teach military techniques to the Free Khmer and to increase rice production in preparation for anti-revolutionary attack in the future.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ណូ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូចនៃ កងពិសេស កងពល ៩២០ថាៈ នៅខែ៣-១៩៧៦ ឈិនបាន ចាត់តាំងខ្លួនឱ្យទៅទាក់ទងជាមួយវៀតណាមឈ្មោះថាញ់ ដើម្បីសុំ ជំនួយអាវុធត្រៀមវាយបក្សទៅថ្ងៃមុខ ហើយខ្លួនបានយកណូទៅ ជាមួយដែរ។ ពីរខែក្រោយមកសយបានហៅណូនិងបក្ខពួកមកប្រជុំ ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីថែមទៀត ខិតខំបង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេស យោធាដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរី បង្កើនផលស្រូវឱ្យបានច្រើនទុកសម្រាប់ វាយបក្សទៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខ។
