Summary / Abstract :
The Heng Samrin Government in Phnom Penh has ruled out any cooperation with the anti-Hanoi coalition government of Cambodia supported by Asean and China. On a private visit to Indochina in early February, four retired United States diplomats found Phnom Penh's foreign Minister Hun Sen in an uncompromising mood "We are not talking about broadening our government by including the reactionaries Pol Pot, Son Sann, and Sihanouk" he told the visitors.
