Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion 912, Division 920, confessed that Ro, soldier of Special Battalion, Division 920, served as a commando in Kampong Thom [Province]. In November 1975, Chhin and Say called upon Ro and his network to attend the meeting and hatch plans to collect weapons and food to store them to teach military techniquew to make sure that when there was a armed fighting, it would be easy for us to trasport weapons from Sokh San to Vietnamese borders and declare anti-party plans in 1977. In August 1976, Ro received Chhin's plots to attack the Free Khmer and seize the rice production to be kept in preparing for anti-party plan.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ រ៉ូ យោធាវរសេនាតូចពិសេស កងពល ៩២០ ធ្លាប់ធ្វើកុំម៉ង់ដូរនៅកំពង់ធំ។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ឈិន និង សយ បានហៅ រ៉ូនិងបក្ខពួកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យប្រមូលអាវុធ ស្បៀង ត្រៀមទុកពេលត្រូវការ បង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេស យោធា ដើម្បីឱ្យធានា នៅពេលវាយជាមួយកងទ័ពបក្ស ធ្វើផ្លូវថ្នល់ ពីសុខសានទៅព្រំដែន វៀតណាមងាយស្រួលទាក់ទងដឹកអាវុធ និង ប្រកាសផែនការវាយបក្ស នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។ នៅខែ៨ ១៩៧៦ រ៉ូបាន ទទួលផែនការពីឈិន ម្ដងទៀតឱ្យសំរុកកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី និងដណ្ដើមផលស្រូវពីបក្ស ទុកត្រៀមវាយបក្សវិញ។
