Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Reun, cadre of Company Logistics, Division 920, was introduced by him into the Free Khmer organization in June 1975. In September 1975, Reun attended the meeting and received the plots to convince soldiers and cadre to counter the revolution and to mobilize those opposed to the party to called upon Chhin to attend the meeting and hatch plots to build up more Free Khmer forces as quickly as the plans set to attack the party in 1977, and to collect rice production to be preserved in time of a strategic plan.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ រើន ភស្ដុភារកងអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ ខ្លួនបានអប់រំបញ្ចូលចូលក្នុងអង្គការខ្មែរសេរីនៅ ខែ៦-១៩៧៥។ ខែ៩-១៩៧៥ រើន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការឱ្យបំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាលឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងប្រមូល អ្នកដែលប្រឆាំងបក្សឱ្យចូលបំរើក្នុងចលនាខ្មែរសេរីវិញ។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៦ សយ បានប្រកាសផែនការប្រចាំឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឱ្យរើននិងម៉ាន់យកទៅអនុវត្ដដូចជា លួចពង្រីកដីស្រែធ្វើស្រូវឱ្យ ហើយសេ្រចនៅពេលមានផែនការវាយបក្សមកដល់នឺងលួចរបបអង្ករ យុទ្ធជនលាក់ទុក។
