The Vietnamese Foreign Minister Mr. Nguyen Co Thach, said on Friday that Vietnam was ready for talks with ASEAN even without Kampuchean representation. Addressing a press conference Mr. Co Thach however wondered if the talks could achieve anything substantial in the absence of Kampuchea. "You cannot clap with one hand. Even if you do it with not make any sound".
