Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Kao, working at Company Battalion, Division 920, was ordered by him to teach military strategy to the Free Khmer networks in Division 920 in April 1976. In 1976, Kao and Mann received Say's plot to expand ricefields to prepare rice when there was an anti-party plan to steal rice regime of soldiers and build up the Free Khmer forces as quickly as possible to guarantee anti-party plan in 1977.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ កៅ នយោបាយកងអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៩២០ ត្រូវបានខ្លួនចាត់តាំងជាមួយបក្ខពួកឱ្យទៅបង្ហាត់ បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីនៅកងពល ៩២០ កាលពី ខែ៤-១៩៧៦។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ កៅនិងម៉ាន់បានទទួលផែនការពីសយ ឱ្យពង្រីកដីស្រែដើម្បីធ្វើស្រូវត្រៀមទុកពេលមានផែនការវាយបក្ស លួចរបបអង្កររបស់យុទ្ធជន និងកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យបានរហ័ស ធានាដល់ការវាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
