Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that In April 1976, Chhin, cadre of Platoon, Division 920, was odered by Say to take three trucks to be used to transport weaspon from Vietnam. In July 1976, Mann called upon Chhin to attend the meeting and hatch a plot to increase Free Khmer forces as quickly as the plan set to attack the party in 1977, and to collectrice production to be preserved in time of a strategic plan.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ឈីន កម្មាភិបាល កងអនុសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ សយ ចាត់តាំងឱ្យ យកឡាន៣ទៅដឹកអាវុធពីប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៦ ម៉ាន់ បានហៅឈីនទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យរហ័ស ទាន់សភាពការណ៍វាយបក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ និងខំប្រមូលស្រូវត្រៀម ទុកពេលមានផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រមកដល់។
