Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Sing, soldier of Battalion 912, Division 920, entered the Free Khmer since 1970. After April 17, 1975, Sing linked the Free Khmer network with Say and Chhin. In March 1976, Sing and Mann sought for military aid from a Vietnamese, Thanh but it was unsuccessful. A month later, Sing and Mann contacted Vietnam once again. Vietnam decided to donate 15 truck-loaded weapon.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹង យុទ្ធជននៅវរសេនាតូច ៩១២ កងពល ៩២០ បានចូលខ្មែរសេរីតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ស៊ឹង មកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែខ្មែរសេរី ជាមួយ សយនិងឈិន។ ខែ៣-១៩៧៦ ស៊ឹង និង ម៉ាន់បានទៅទាក់ទង សុំជំនួយអាវុធពីវៀតណាមឈ្មោះថាញ់តែមិនបានសមេ្រច។ លុះមួយខែក្រោយមកស៊ឹងនិងម៉ាន់បានទៅទាក់ទងវៀតណាមម្ដងទៀត ហើយវៀតណាមបានសមេ្រចផ្ដល់អាវុធឱ្យចំនួន ១៥ឡាន។
