Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Ry, working at Company Politics, Regiment 91, Division 920, was a Free Khmer member recruited by Say. In May 1976, Ry and Mann received Say's plot to build the Free Khmer network and to increase ricefields in order to produce more rice in preparing for anti-party plan in the future. In August 1976, Chhin aka Ry convened a meeting and set plans to build up more Free Khmer forces and convinced soldiers and cadre to realise that staging the revolution suffered a lot of hardship.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ រី នយោបាយកងអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាធំ ៩១ កងពល ៩២០ ជាកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីដែលឈ្មោះ សយ កសាងបាន។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៦ រីនិងម៉ាន់បានទៅទទួលផែនការ ពីសយឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យបាន ច្រើន រៀបចំពង្រីកដីបង្កើន ផលសម្រាប់យកស្បៀងទុកនៅពេលមានផែនការវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃមុខ។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ឈិនបានហៅរីទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរីនិងបំផុសយុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាលឱ្យឃើញថាធ្វើបដិវត្ដមានការ លំបាក។
