Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Phon, cadre of Platoon, Division 920, joined the Free Khmer organization in 1970. In 1976, Chhin ordered Phon and Mann to seek for weapons from Vietnam but the plans were unsuccessful. After that, Phon and Mann contacted once again a Vietnamese named Thanh and, as a result, obtained 15 truk-loaded weapons. Phon receivedMann's plans to build up more Free Khmer forces.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ផុន កម្មាភិបាលកងអនុសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានចូលបំរើក្នុងអង្គការខ្មែរសេរីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈិន បានចាត់តាំងផុននិងម៉ាន់ទៅទាក់ទង សុំអាវុធ ពីវៀតណាម តែមិនបានសមេ្រច។ ក្រោយមកផុននិងម៉ាន់បាន ទៅទាក់ទងវៀតណាមឈ្មោះថាញ់ម្ដងទៀតហើយបានទទួលអាវុធ ចំនួន១៥ឡាន។ ផុន បានទទួលផែនការពីម៉ាន់ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរីឱ្យបានច្រើន។
