Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Thy, supervisor of Truck of Division 920, was a Free Khmer member who won Say's confidence to carry out anti-party activities for fear of leaking the information. In April 1976, Thy, Mann and his networks sought for military aid from Vietnam. So, Vietnam dicided to donate 15 truck-loaded weapons to be used to strike theCommunist Party of Kampuchea.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ធី អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវឡានរបស់កងពល ៩២០ ជាខ្មែរសេរីដែលឈ្មោះសយទុកចិត្ដចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាព ប្រឆាំងបក្សដោយមិនខ្លាចបែកការណ៍។ ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ ធី, ម៉ាន់ និង បក្ខពួកមួយចំនួនទៀតបានទៅទាក់ទង សុំជំនួយអាវុធពីវៀតណាម។ យួនបានសំរេចឱ្យអាវុធ១៥ឡានសម្រាប់វាយបក្សកុម្មុយនិសកម្ពុជា។
