Phoeng Chhin has 10 children. His father called Huo Chhit and his mother called Sokh Nuy. His father still alive. His mother died in 1982. During the Khmer Rouge regime, Chhin used to have serious injury. He was tortured with electricity shock by the Khmer Rouge. He was beaten on head at the end of 1979.Recently, he has suffocation. He feels as if no one understand clearly what happened to him. He feels as if he splits into two people.
ផឹង ឈិនមានកូន១០នាក់។ ឪពុករបស់គាត់ឈ្មោះ ហួ ឈិត ហើយម្ដាយឈ្មោះ សុខ នុយ។ ឪពុករបស់គាត់នៅរស់ ប៉ុនែ្ដម្ដាយស្លាប់នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨២។ នៅក្នុងសម័យខែ្មរក្រហមគាត់ធ្លាប់រងរបួសធ្ងន់។ គាត់ត្រូវគេធ្វើទារុណកម្មដោយខ្សែភ្លើងឆក់។ គាត់ត្រូវបានគេវាយចំក្បាលនៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន គាត់់ថប់ដង្ហើម។ គាត់មានអារម្មណ៍ថាអ្នកផេ្សងយល់ពុំច្បាស់លាស់នូវអី្វដែលកើតឡើងចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់មានអារម្មណ៍ថាខ្លួនគាត់បែកចេញជាពីរនាក់ផេ្សងគ្នា។
