Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed to the fact of Khon, Deputy Commander of Battalion 913, Division 920. Chhin and Say called upon Khom to attend the meeting and to set plans to equip the Free Khmer with modern weapons in Division 920. From October 1975 till August 1976, Khon received plots from Chhin, Say and Mann to declare anti-party plans in 1977 by meansof stealing rice to be hidden and to hastily strike the Free Khmer.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ខុន អនុបញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច ៩១៣ កងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ឈិននិងសយ បានហៅខុម ទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យរៀបចំបំពាក់អាវុធល្អឱ្យខ្មែរសេរីទាំងអស់ នៅកងពល ៩២០។ ខែ១០-១៩៧៥ ដល់ ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ខុន បានទទួលផែនការពីឈិន, សយ និង ម៉ាន់ ឱ្យប្រកាស់ផែនការវាយ បក្សនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ដោយឱ្យប្រមូលស្បៀងនិងពង្រីកដីធ្វើស្រែ បង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធា ដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរីនៅកងពល ៩២០ លួចរបបអង្ករយុទ្ធជន លាក់ទុកនិងសំរុកកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី ឱ្យបានឆាប់។
