Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that in May 1975, Preap, working at Battalion Politics, Division 920, was convinced by Chhin and Say to set up plan to be implemented: preparing modern weapons for the Free Khmer in Division 920.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ព្រាប នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៥ ឈិននិងសយបានហៅព្រាបទៅប្រជុំ ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យអនុវត្ដគឺ រៀបចំបំពាក់អាវុធទំនើបៗដល់ពួកខ្មែរសេរី នៅក្នុងកងពល៩២០។
