Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Eang, supervisor of Division 920 Warehouse, was ordered by Sang to transport ammunition and military aid to Chhin, working at Seh Sa Office after April 17, 1975. From August 1975 till August 1976, Eang attended the meeting and received the plots from Say, Chhin and Sang to build up forces in preparation for declaring anti-party plans in 1977, collecting weapon properly, storing rices in anticipation of coming anti-party plan.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អ៊ាង អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវឃ្លាំងរបស់ កងពល ៩២០ថាៈ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សាងបាន ចាត់តាំងអ៊ាងឱ្យដឹកអាវុធ គ្រាប់និងសម្ភារៈយោធាជាច្រើនទៅ ប្រគល់ឱ្យឈិននៅមន្ទីរសេះស។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ដល់ ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ អ៊ាងទៅប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះសយ, ឈិន និង សាងឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំងដើម្បីវាយបក្ស ប្រកាសផែនការវាយបក្សឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ប្រមូលអាវុធរៀបចំទុកដាក់កុំឱ្យបែកការណ៍ ប្រមូលផលស្រូវត្រៀម ទុកពេលមានផែនការវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃមុខ។
