Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Chey, working at Battalion 911 Logistics, Division 920, attended the meeting and received plots from Say to declare the result of the previous plans. The plans were to expand rice fields to produce more rice and to steal rice regime of the Angkar's soldiers to be preserved. Three months later, Chey received received Chhin's plots to build up more forces to be integrated into the Free Khmer and to collect rice to be hidden.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ជៃ ភស្ដុភារវរសេនាតូច ៩១១ កងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ជៃ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ពីសយឱ្យប្រកាសលទ្ធផលនៃផែនការចាស់កន្លងមកគឺ លួចពង្រីកដីធ្វើ ស្រែត្រៀមទុកនិងលួចរបបអង្ករយុទ្ធជនលាក់ទុកសំរាប់ពេលណាមាន ផែនការ។ បីខែក្រោយមកជៃបានទទួលផែនការពីឈិនម្ដងទៀតឱ្យ សំរុកកសាងកម្លាំងបញ្ចូលក្នុងអង្គការខ្មែរសេរីនិងផលស្រូវធ្វើបាន លាក់ទុក។
