Preap Kim Sorn aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Paong, soldier of Battalion, Division 920, and he were convened by Chhin and Say to join the meeting and received the plots in November 1975 to declare anti-revolutionary plans in 1977 in order to build up more Free Khmer forces, to collect weapons to be used to train soldiers with military techniques in an attack on the party in the future.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ប៉ោង យោធាវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ ថាៈ ខ្លួននិងប៉ោងត្រូវបានឈ្មោះឈិននិងសយហៅទៅប្រជុំ ុទទួលផែនការនៅខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ឱ្យប្រកាសផែនការវាយបក្ស នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីបន្ថែមទៀតឱ្យប្រមូលអាវុធ ទុកបង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាត្រៀមវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខ។
