Shultz met with three non-communist Cambodian resistance leaders Monday in Thailand and is scheduled to visit a Cambodian insurgents' camp on the Thai-Cambodian border Tuesday, a sign of growing US support for non-communist rebels fighting the communist regime installed in Cambodia by Vietnam.
