Preap Kim Sean aka Mann, commander of Battalion, Division 920, confessed that Chhoeun, Leng, and Vann received the plots from Say and Chhin. From November 1975 till August 1976, Chhin and Say called upon the three to have plans to attack the party in 1977, to build up more Free Khmer forces, to collect weapons and to teach military technique to attack the party.
ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប គឹមស៊ាន ហៅ ម៉ាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៩២០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឈឿន, ឡេង និង វ៉ាន់ បានទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពី សយនិងឈិន។ខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ដល់ ខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ឈិននិងសយ បានហៅអ្នកទាំងបីទៅប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យប្រកាសផែន ការវាយបក្ស នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧, កសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីថែមទៀត, ប្រមូលអាវុធត្រៀមទុកនិងបង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាសំរាប់វាយបក្ស។
