Vietnam seems to be keen to settle the issue of the American Servicemen missing since the Vietnam war. The United States has came out openly in support of the settlement of the Cambodian conflict. China has already taken issue with the Soviet Union about the withdrawal of Vietnamese troops from Cambodia, and president Reaganintends to raise the issue with Gorbachev at the forthcoming summit.
